Where GDPR or similar laws apply, we rely on one or more of the following legal bases:

Performance of a Contract

Processing necessary to provide Platform services.

Examples:

  • account creation;
  • wallet verification;
  • claim processing.

Legitimate Interests

We process certain information to:

You may withdraw consent at any time where consent is the legal basis for processing.

8. Wallet Addresses and Blockchain Data

Blockchain technology differs from traditional online services.

Wallet addresses are publicly visible on blockchain networks.

While a wallet address alone may not directly identify you, it may constitute personal information under applicable privacy laws when it can reasonably be associated with an identifiable individual.

When you connect a wallet to ANSEM Perks:

  • we associate the wallet with your Platform activity;
  • we verify eligibility using blockchain data;
  • we do not control information permanently recorded on public blockchains;
  • we cannot delete or modify blockchain records maintained by decentralized networks.

Users should understand that blockchain transactions may remain publicly visible indefinitely, regardless of any account deletion request submitted to ANSEM Perks.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share personal information only where necessary to operate the Platform, fulfill a requested service, comply with legal obligations, or protect the legitimate interests of ANSEM Perks, our users, and our Partners.
