This Platform is operated by ChartDetector.ai ("ANSEM Perks", "we", "our", or "us").

This Disclaimer explains important limitations regarding the information, services, and functionality provided through ANSEM Perks.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted this Disclaimer together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and Security Policy.

2. About ANSEM Perks

ANSEM Perks is a technology platform that enables eligible users to discover, verify eligibility for, and redeem benefits offered by independent third-party Partners.

ANSEM Perks is not:

  • a cryptocurrency exchange;
  • a digital asset custodian;
  • a wallet provider;
  • a broker or dealer;
  • a financial institution;
  • an investment adviser;

Users acknowledge that they are solely responsible for evaluating the risks associated with digital assets.

5. Token Utility

Holding ANSEM may make a user eligible for certain Platform features or Partner benefits.

  • holding ANSEM does not create any contractual right to future benefits;

  • Partners may modify or discontinue Offers;

  • Benefits may expire;

Benefits available through ANSEM Perks are offered by independent Partners.

Each Partner is solely responsible for:

  • the accuracy of its Offer;
  • fulfillment of Benefits;
  • customer support;
  • product quality;
  • legal compliance;
  • pricing;
  • warranties;
  • security of its own systems;
  • compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.

Publication of an Offer on ANSEM Perks does not constitute:

  • endorsement;
  • certification;
  • recommendation;
  • guarantee;
  • verification of quality; or
  • approval of the Partner's products or services.

Users should independently evaluate each Partner and review the Partner's own terms and policies before redeeming any Benefit.

7. Third-Party Services

The Platform may provide access to third-party websites, applications, products, communities, software, APIs, or services.

These services operate independently of ANSEM Perks.

We are not responsible for:

  • third-party websites;
  • external software;
  • blockchain wallets;
  • blockchain networks;
  • RPC providers;
  • exchanges;
  • payment providers;
  • cloud providers used by Partners;
  • products or services supplied by Partners.

Your use of third-party services is governed solely by the terms and policies of those providers.

8. Artificial Intelligence

Some Partners may provide products or services that incorporate artificial intelligence ("AI").

AI-generated outputs may:

  • be inaccurate;
  • be incomplete;
  • contain errors;
  • become outdated;
  • produce unexpected results;
  • reflect limitations of the underlying AI models.

AI-generated content should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional advice or independent verification.

Users remain responsible for reviewing AI-generated outputs before relying on them.

ANSEM Perks is not responsible for AI-generated content produced by third-party Partners.

9. Blockchain Services

ANSEM Perks relies on public blockchain networks and third-party infrastructure providers to verify wallet ownership and token eligibility.

Blockchain networks operate independently of ANSEM Perks.

Accordingly:

  • verification may occasionally be delayed;
  • blockchain infrastructure may become unavailable;
  • RPC providers may experience outages;
  • network congestion may affect response times;
  • blockchain data may temporarily be inconsistent across providers.

Temporary verification failures should not be interpreted as definitive evidence that a user is ineligible.

10. Availability

We strive to provide reliable Platform services.

However, we do not guarantee:

  • uninterrupted availability;
  • continuous operation;
  • error-free functionality;
  • compatibility with all wallets;
  • compatibility with all browsers;
  • compatibility with future blockchain changes.

The Platform may be unavailable due to:

  • maintenance;
  • security updates;
  • infrastructure failures;
  • blockchain issues;
  • internet outages;
  • circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • blockchain failures;
  • wallet failures;
  • infrastructure outages;
  • digital asset price fluctuations;
  • AI-generated outputs;
  • inaccuracies in third-party information;
  • delays in verification;
  • discontinued Offers.
